- While every effort will be made to host the party nights, if a particular date does not meet the minimum number of attendees, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the event and offer an alternative date or provide a refund to confirmed guests.
- For parties of 10 or more, a contract will be signed upon confirmation. Please note, once the final balance has been paid, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- £20 non-refundable deposit per person required upon booking & Full pre-payment for the event is required no later than 8 weeks before the event date.
- All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If the remaining balance is not paid, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your booking and re-sell the space to another party.
- Once full payment has been received, any reduction in party numbers will be non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be credited toward other services within the hotel.
- Please inform the hotel of any allergies or dietary requirements at least 4 Weeks prior to your event. Our kitchen uses a variety of allergens, and while we take precautions, cross-contamination may occur. Full allergen information is available upon request.
