Brilliant Day!

Shadae and all of the team made the whole experience from start to finish stress free, every request was happily dealt with and nothing was too much trouble for Shadae, we couldn’t fault or have enjoyed our day from start to finish any better! Bar staff in the evening worked so hard to keep our high amount of guests watered and the buffet was fantastic. Thank you to all of you.

Stunning wedding venue

After we were let down by our original venue the DoubleTree by Hilton Liverpool stepped in and provided us with a beautiful venue and made our day very special. Shadae the wedding co-ordinator and her team pulled out all the stops to make sure our day went smoothly.

Amazing staff, and a perfect wedding venue

Everyone at the Doubletree made our wedding so perfect! We received so many comments from our guests who were all blown away with how good the rooms looked, and how helpful all of the staff were- you made the vision inside our heads come to life. Lauren was super organised and made sure you get us to the right places at the right time during the day.

Absolutely brilliant

Everyone that played a part in our big day, made it absolutely amazing. The Staff were very organised and very helpful, making the day run smooth without any panic. Both the day/evening food was delicious. Would highly recommend having your big day here.

We had the best day...

Thank You to yourself and the rest of the staff at the Doubletree Hilton. We had the best day ever for our wedding day on Saturday. We couldn’t fault anything at all. I appreciate everything you have done for us. The day went amazing and it was even better than I expected. Everybody was saying how fab the hotel was, the food amazing, staff and rooms. Totally 100%. And thank you for the lovely card and fizz you gave us. We’re off to the lakes tomorrow and packed it ready to celebrate.

Thank you so much for all your help and organising, we both had a fantastic day one that we will treasure forever. All your colleagues have been amazing both on the day and before hand. A Wonderful Memorable Occasion

Thank you for helping to make our Wedding Day such a wonderful, memorable occasion. Time has flown since August but I still think back to our celebrations frequently, we were so perfectly happy with how the day went. All of our guests were very complimentary about the Hotel and the service and how wonderful the rooms looked on the day.

The most unbelievable time

The day was so perfect and the staff went above and beyond for us we just couldn’t get over it. The food was absolutely gorgeous everybody commented on how nice it was. The room looked amazing. But honestly the staff just made it, we felt so special, we cannot thank everyone enough. Special mention to the concierge who met us at the entrance and who we seen the whole weekend. He was the friendliest person we have ever met and was so helpful! So glad we stayed for the second night too – we spent all day in the spa on the Sunday and it was just lovely! The presidential suite was just a dream come true and something we will never forget.

Amazing venue, amazing food, amazing service

Our perfect wedding!

We married in Mexico in June 2017, and held our wedding evening reception on our return at the Doubletree By Hilton Liverpool.
Throughout the planning process we were looked after by Antonia, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was so friendly, yet professional, thorough and organised - no detail was left out and she made sure everything was done to meet our requirements. It made us feel very relaxed going away for the wedding, knowing everything was in hand for our reception when we got back. On the day of our reception, everything ran like clockwork thanks to Andrew - he was an absolute star, everything from finding cables for our laptop, to making sure my Mum was looked after and got her wedding cake first!

Stunning, elegant location with great service

We booked this venue as the bride and groom were bookworms and wanted a library photo opportunity - we were so glad we did! The venue hasn't been open that long as a hotel, so they are not overwhelmed with weddings. This means that you get a personal service and attention to detail that is second to none. The events coordinator, Antonia, was excellent, with a group of carefully chosen suppliers who excelled too. The venue is full of history, crammed with stained glass, marble columns and floors, intricate plaster work and beautiful sweeping staircases (and a modern, classy spa!).
